Steven Tarino has fifteen years of experience in corporate finance and private equity. Mr. Tarino provides financial analysis and structuring support to maximize the economic returns of on-site energy projects through the use of environmental rebates, credits, incentives and financing programs. Mr. Tarino coordinates relationships with lending sources for project finance and trading market specialists for management of environmental credits and assets on behalf of PowerHouse Energy’s customers and PowerHouse Energy’s portfolio of Energy Service installations.
As a private equity investor, Mr. Tarino has executed more than $1 billion of growth-equity, privatization and recapitalization transactions in a variety of industries including manufacturing, consumer products and technology. He has served as a director on the boards of public and international companies.
Mr. Tarino graduated with honors with both an A.B. in Economics and an A.B. in Political Science from the University of Chicago. Mr. Tarino is an owner of PowerHouse Energy. |
