Rick Casper has been involved in the cogeneration marketplace for over 24 years as a pioneer in the on-site development of this technology.
Mr. Casper founded and operated Pacific Energen, Inc., a turnkey energy project management company, where he designed, built and operated over 70 systems in the Southern California area, and provided consulting and implementation services for numerous others. Mr. Casper has comprehensive experience with utility interfacing, on-site supervision of installation and maintenance activities, grant and financing implementation, and overall program development. He has conceived and taught statewide workshops relative to energy management and cogeneration, performed over 100 state energy grants for California energy users for the California Energy Commission and U.S. Department of Energy, and presented expert testimony relative to energy technologies and cogeneration.
Mr. Casper's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California. Post graduate work has been done in Marketing and Business Management.
